about

This album is a documentary beat tape of the history of St. Louis from the black experience perspective. The past and the present.

I created WAIH because I wanted to understand this city because I never did. It is no different than any other cities across the country as far as our black experience from our ancestors to now. I've playing this album for some time now. It help me to understand and have my epiphanies that I have on this city where I come from. Listening and reading the history of the black experience here is something I had to project on this album. It is not my usual but I hope you all dig as much as I.
